Contribuiți la feedbackHard to describe. A true culinary delight. Although the price seems excessive, each serving is for two people. The pasta was a real delight to highlight one of the ones we took, the matriciana was spectacular. We didn't get to dessert. The wine list is top notch. I wanted to reply to a recent review of this place in the name of a certain Rubén Hi Rubén, I am going to reply as a resident of that “small town” and a regular at said restaurant. Excuse me for telling you that you make several mistakes in said review and since you took the trouble to write Don Quixote and not a comment, I think it is also correct that it be rectified. First of all, the pasta that he ate I doubt very much that it was cooked by the owner, since the pasta is cooked by the owner and I don't think I have eaten it better. He puts in parentheses the way this place works (because it works à la carte) as if that were remarkable, but hey, it must be that in his knowledge of small towns only restaurants with a menu of the day enter. From experience, I know that La Tavernetta da Ponte does not serve entrecote, it must have mixed places. They did not put ham in the pasta, it was cured meat, a small nuance that I am free to correct. Are you complaining about the price??? They come in the QR. I can understand that for a work lunch you would not want to spend that amount, the mistake was yours choosing the restaurant. What I am not going to allow is for you to question the hard work and dedication of a couple to build their business, improve it and give it the category it deserves, which by the way, had its reward by entering the Michelin Guide, a small detail you missed. Without further ado, receive a cordial greeting from deep Galicia.

I didn 't leave happier than I went in. Guided by the good comments and because I love Italian gastronomy, I decided to go for dinner with my partner. They were nice and attentive, but the food had its ups and downs. To begin with, we ordered the only salad on the menu, because we saw it on a table and it looked good. However, it was a hodgepodge of tasteless stuff. It had lettuce, red fruits and flavorless blueberries, a sliced strawberry, olives with anchovies like the ones they usually put on a free tapa in any bar, tuna, Modena vinegar reduction and ALIOLI. Only the tuna had flavor, the rest did not, and the aioli took out the little flavor of the rest. I wouldn 't complain if it was an ordinary roadside diner. But it was 25 euros for that salad . When the chef came to pick us up the dish, he asked me what I thought and I told him it was a tasteless salad and that everything tasted like aioli. It didn 't seem right to him and he replied that the other customers liked the combination of strawberry acid with I don 't know what from the aioli and he left... For main course we ordered the chef 's specialty pasta with truffle, mushrooms, minced jerky, and Parmesan cheese. Presentation of the dish good and the explanation of the dish was a Michelin chef style roll. The pasta was at its point of cooking, and I suppose the flavor was good, but it had a lot of salt. The cecina already had salt and the kg of Parmesan that the cook put on top had even more salt. He told us that the Parmesan was to give it that touch of salt... My partner is hypertensive and preferred to eat just a little. The rest I ate. Despite the excess salt, I liked it, but the price of this dish is exaggerated €38). Then we ordered a dessert to share €9.5). Total with 3 beers was €85 to pay. For what we ate and what we paid it was quite expensive. And in our case at least the quality does not justify the price. I am surprised at the other 5 star reviews..
