Pizzaria Donatello - Ponta Delgada

We went to Ponta Delgada in August and finding a place to sit at any restaurant was nearly impossible so we ended up finding Donatello and it was one of the best discoveries of our trip! We went there three times! Both waitresses are incredibly kind and even though the place doesn't look too fancy the food is cheap and delicious. They have awesome daily menus for lunch and very tasty options for dinner, so if you're looking for a friendly good quality restaurant in the crowded city of Ponta Delgada, this is the place! Make sure you taste their cheesecakes, they were some of the best I've ever tried in my life!

It‘s not too easy to find a good place with reasonable prices, if you‘re planning to make two adults and four kids happy. Here we found a great place. Very cheap kids menu (i.e. chicken steak, fries and rice) and big sized, low priced regular (meat fish) servings for adults are offered. Lots of locals eats here and seem to be happy with this place, too.

One of the best restaurants we have visited in Sao Miguel. Tasty fresh pizza and amazing staff. The lady serving us was so attentive and nice! We had a lovely time and will definitely return if visiting Azores again.
