Great food trailer! We tried out the breakfast burritos and they were delicious! The perfect size with fresh ingredients. This will definitely become a regular spot for us.

Hands down the best place to grab a fresh made breakfast sandwich in Chaffee. Looks like they moved to Holiday RV in Poncha Springs now which will be perfect to grab some quick breakfast onthe way to Monarch.

Great place to grab a bite to eat with kiddos. Made breakfast on vacation with young kids painless. Playground to play on while you wait. Great, fresh options and very kind man running the operation!

Great little food truck! We stopped at the adjacent coffee shop and I saw the truck and decided to try a breakfast pizza. The pizza was incredible! Loved everything about this item. I’ll definitely be back to try other items on subsequent trips.

While staying in salida for the weekend, we stopped here both mornings because it was so good! He uses high quality ingredients and kindly accommodates gluten and dairy free needs. I loved “The Spike” sandwich with the green chilies ? We will definitely be back!
