Greedy Pig - Plymouth

This café is a wonderfully inviting place with reasonable prices and generous portions. I have only tried their breakfast so far, but I returned later in the day for coffee because of the pleasant atmosphere and value. One of my favorite cafes in Plymouth.

We called in here this afternoon and it was great to receive our tea in a teapot instead of the disposable cups that many cafes use nowadays. The staff were friendly and attentive, and we enjoyed the decor of the restaurant. The café was very clean.

I stumbled upon this hidden gem, easily overshadowed by the chain coffee shops on either side. I dined early on a Wednesday night and found myself as the only patron. I ordered the classic roast hog with pork and apple sauce, served in a generous portion, as well as perfectly boiled sweet potatoes and jalapeno poppers. The poppers were a bit messy to eat but delicious, and I look forward to ordering them again. My only criticism is that the portion sizes were too large - my food went cold before I could finish it, resulting in wasted food. The restaurant was clean, tidy, and the staff were pleasant.

Mrs. Wife discovered this place. Bar employees were extremely courteous and friendly. there was only one woman at the bar and one person in the kitchen, but no delays and before we knew we had our order on the table. large burger selection, cheap prices, fast and courteous service. 7 youngs ordered before us and we have waited no longer than 20 minutes. to cocktails two mojito’s for £ 7, but they weren’t as nice as eating. total great place for eating, beautiful atmosphere.

My favorite place to eat lunch ,lovely polite staff,there food is always perfection and very generous portions too.They also sell alcohol if you prefer just a drink and chat.They serve great coffee too.Its lovely relaxed atmosphere.They let you take your time they never give the impression they are hurrying you away for the next customer. Great all round place to go .
