Ramen 101 - Pleasanton

If I could give Ramen 101 100 stars, I would!! I have a gluten sensitivity and they called me to make sure everything was prepared right :

Barely any flavor or spice. $20 for a bland bowl of noodles is a joke.

This is the first time I 've had take out ramen with actually sensible bowl design (minimal mess! Spice on the side option is so cool, I 'm a spice weenie but was able to try it out at my own taste preference. Noodles were plump and firm. Egg was exceptional. Even though it took 30ish minutes for us to get to our food after notice that it was ready, it was still hot when we picked it up, but did not taste like it had been lying under a heat lamp for that long.

Great broth! I wish I got it spicy it was sooooo good

$18 for that!!! Almost $20 with taxes!! Really not worth it!!
