Eddie Papa's American Hangout

The restaurant was closed and had been for some time. Open Table is booking reservations for a place that is closed. Not cool.

Overall nice place for a casual meal with family and friends. We all enjoyed our food. Felt the service was a bit slow. Food took a long time to get and not much attention during our meal.

All just average. Nothing was great. Nothing was terrible. Decent value.

Great Mother's Day buffet, Friendly staff and a nice assortments of foods.

Came for Mother's Day brunch with modest expectations and I was extremely surprised at the quality of the offering and service. I was worried when I saw it was buffet, but again, it was Mother's Day and I know restaurants get hammered that day and it made sense. The format worked, it was easy to move through, the food offering was wide and varied...and biggest surprise of all, it actually tasted as good (if not a little better) as it looked. I'm sure they are short staffed like everyone else but this format allowed them to operate on a busy day without a service hiccup. The host , who I believe is the owner, was calm, welcoming, and warm. This was our go-to family event restaurant before the pandemic and it definitely reclaimed its place at the top of our list.
