The lady behind the counter was rude and didn't even look at me talking. Don't even smile. We asked for hot drinks sleeves and she just said we didn't! Didn't even offer napkin or something. She shouldn't work with customers if she has bad attitude. I understand that they are short employees, but this is no reason, rude to customers who are nice and understand.

They used to give samples, but not anymore. The place was very crowded. But I was happy they still serve hot cocoa. I love her hot cocoa.

The hot chocolate is delicious! I wish they had a cold chocolate drink for the summer.

Gorgeous chocolate outlet, although they do not give more samples to Kovid. We noticed that certain customers helped to sample. Good chocolate. In particular, I was happy that they still made their hot chocolate drinks that are quite delicious.

Always a must stop. Just walking in the store smelling the chocolate.....Going overboard in buying chocolate, well that's another story.?
