Aiuyen is possibly the most efficient and friendly bartender in North Dallas. At multiple locations, she easily handles the entire bar area with no wait time. She has a great sense of humor and a genuine passion for her work, something that is sometimes hard to come by in the service industry. It's always a fantastic experience, especially on AHL poker nights.
