Italian Village Plano

We show up only to find the place shut down. Why would this be on open table and its closed? Very upset

Made a reservation for Mother’s Day and the restaurant was closed down.

We arrived and the restaurant was locked by the landlord! No idea why we could make a reservation (on Mother’s Day) for a closed restaurant!! Had to go to the place next door and wait 45 minutes to get a table. Awful experience

I put the lower star because we had a reservation there on last sunday to celebrate my daughter’s 16th birthday,but when we got there,there was a notice outside saying because of gas leak place is closed.I can totally understand these things can happen but it would have been nice to notify customers about that,rather than getting there with family and find out.

The Italian village was excellent and enjoyed a very nice time at Easter with my family of 9. Great service, great food great atmosphere, we all enjoyed it.
