Social Circle Bistro - Pittsburgh

The reception was awful, the toilet couldn't be flushed, rooms were not clean. I got bedbugs in the hotel, it was almost one week to recover and don't be itchy anymore. They pre-charged us, the way how they talk to the guests as they'd give a favor to assure a room for $510/night. Wifi was not worked. I don't recommend the place.

Very unsatisfied. Upon arrival, we checked in to be told there is a $50 parking a day. Next morning, we found out that breakfast is not included. The room was dirty, so the front desk attendant moved us to another room, which wasn't a whole lot better. The front desk attendant was very dry and not friendly. We will never stay here again. Also, their website didn't say anything about a parking fee and that breakfast is not included. This information would have been nice to know before booking because we would have bypassed this hotel from the start.

So sad when an otherwise nice hotel in a convenient location doesn't care about maintenance and upkeep. Seriously??

A stones throw from Paints. We stayed here for a two night visit and were pleasantly surprised. The front desk staff was courteous and extremely helpful. Do yourself a favor and find another venue! Stopped in before a concert and waited forever to get two drinks. The food we ordered was overpriced quite bland. Even the staff on several occasions stated the place is unorganized. Most companies would have additional staff on a night when there's an event. Not this place. I'll be sure and take my business elsewhere.
