Panera Bread - Pittsburgh

Conveniently located on my way to work, this is one of the only options to get bagels for the work crew. I wish they opened earlier but there's another one in Monroeville with earlier hours if I need it early. Friendly staff and quick service, though it seems that the bagels are shrinking in size.... Amazing place to get in-n-out coffee especially when. You order at kiosk. Lately, they have been running out of lids for coffee cups and when requested they don't have any. I hope the management looks into this because in this cold weather it's difficult to keep coffee hot without lid.

Love Panera, Especially their drinks, sandwiches and desserts. In addition to the soft drinks (which I advise against) they give you the choice between 6 different craft beverages including: unsweetened iced black tea, agave lemonade, plum ginger hibiscus tea, passion papaya green tea, blood orange lemonade, and prickly pear hibiscus fresca. My favorites are the hibiscus tea and hibiscus fresca which I like to mix together. My favorite sandwich *was* the fontega chicken sandwich until I tried the Tuscan chicken sandwich which the cashier highly suggested when I asked about it, WOW, it is even better. Either of these sandwiches are great and I also love the Mediterranean sandwich and some of the salads if you are avoiding meat for any reason. I also love that they give you a free dessert for signing up on their app and for your birthday so make sure you sign up! All the deserts here are so good and fresh but my absolute favorite is the almond croissant!

This is now the second time we've placed a delivery order and after an hour and the app showing the delivery will arrive in ten minutes, they call and say they don't have a driver and ask us to come pick it up. It's so rude. Not to mention when we did pick it up last time the food wasn't good. It's so inconsistent and sometimes they hardly add any protein at all to the sandwiches. Not sure if it's just this location or what, but I would 100% not order from this store.

Great coffee. Newly remodeled and extremely nice staff. As I mentioned, great coffee as I didn't order food today.
