While in Pittsburgh for work this location was constantly closed with staff inside and a handwritten note on the door stating they will be closed until a certain time in the morning that varied between 30-75 minutes after their scheduled opening time. After that time past they still remained closed. Go to Einstein Bagels at the other end of the block. They are managed by actual managers and keep their hours.
I?ve been to hundreds of Dunkin? all over, and this is the only one I?ve encountered that casually opens late on a regular basis. Their hours of operation are strange too they close at 6pm M F, 3pm on Saturday and 1pm on Sunday. The vast majority of Dunkin? are open 5am 8pm, 7 days per week. It is located right downtown in a mid sized city, there is definitely more than enough foot traffic to justify standard operating hours. Service is extremely slow to the point where I?ve witnessed other customers suggesting to others to not even bother. I understand staffing shortages but this is obviously a case of bad management.
Compared to Brueggers one block away it’s junk food. Not the staffs fault , they’re all nice people.
Ran out of my normal flavor but suggested good alternative
