Contribuiți la feedbackOrder over the app and was ordered order would be ready at 6:10. he was there at 18:15 a.m. and the job was not ready. most of the bags in the pick-up area had no names on the outside, so each pick-up had to touch all the other's bag to check if it was her. the pop machine was out of ice. the special drinks were completely empty. in front of the pick-up area there was a large water pan on the floor. After waiting for my order for 20 minutes, I was handed over our bag. the worker had put everything laterally into the pocket, so that all our meal postpones and spills. I had to ask for our fountain drink, because no one was given to us automatically, even though we ordered them. then I was told that they don't have kids chip bags. if that was the case, why don't they give us something in another bag?! I had to ask for them. I also asked for a bigger bag to pack our food so it wouldn't be on her side. they said they had no, really a whole horrible experience at this place. the personal moved slowly and didn't seem to care that they were behind the commands.
Don't go here. that was my second chance for this place and I won't see again. the health department and the company must visit asap. this problem is above this location management and the employees need a real leader. I had worked for 10 years in almost food. initially the mobile order did not work. I waited 5 minutes for my order status. when I didn't go to the load. When I entered, I knew I came back, was a mistake. I was greeted by an overflowing mash and a destroyed cutlery station. I then sat for another 5 minutes because the staff was obviously very busy. I was politely told that mobile order was not working and a refund was received. then I decided to stand in agreement because I was already there. while I was standing in the line, I could hear people were frustrated. then I saw that leave, but I thought the people were picky. young had mistaken me. the line was of over 50% of the ingredients and was disgusting. the personal looked and pretended they wanted to get out. I made myself to all my ingredients as they were what I would not normally choose. when I finally ate my burrito, it was cold and the tear was hard. I chose steak because it was just made up of the kitchen and I thought it would be my best option for warm and fresh. this business is in the great necessity of high-level help. local administration will not fix this problem. these employees need a proper lead. my last visit gave them the advantage of the doubt, as they were only open for an hour.
Terrible terrible. two dishes ordered with extras on sauces and rice. literal got half a bowl without the extras and also burned meat! the steak and chicken bowl ordered and it looked like the workers ate half of it and gave me the rest. the personal is full of children and does not care for everyone. it is as if they are paid to talk and laugh instead of doing their job! chipotle corporate please do something! so not everyone wants to remember.
This place is absolutely anxious and disgusting my eating sat on the counter for 10 minutes do nothing that no one would pay me out. And I ordered chickens not to let sit on the square was a chaos eating everywhere thrown and nothing was piled at an evening meal. a dinner rush! that is the time they don't want to make the money the coworkers want to work and best believe that imma take it with business because this whole facility is completely unacceptable
I've been to this location several times, so this isn't a one-off review of this particular restaurant. This is by far the worst Chipotle that I've ever been to regarding order accuracy, portion size, food quality, and service.If you order online, do not expect to have anywhere near an accurate amount of food delivered to you. On a few occasions, the staff forgot to add paid sides to my order.The food quality and taste at this location is subpar at best and unbelievably bad at worst. I once ordered a chicken bowl for delivery. When did arrived at my house and I removed the lid, I was concerned because the meat did not resemble anything on the menu, let alone chicken. I was so repulsed I could not eat it.Until my dying day, I will never set foot in the McKnight Road Chipotle location. Unfortunately, there is not a way to blacklist it for delivery orders. So I guess I'll just have to pick up instead. Luckily there is a much better location up the street in McCandless.
