Bruegger's Bagels - Pittsburgh

The personal is extremely rude and they close the food stations early so that they can only get three or four dings later on the day from the menu. I have also noticed that for each 1 star rating this place has, there is a 5-star rating right next to him saying that the employees of this load are fast and friendly, which is absolutely not the case. I love brueggers and this is the only one in the opposite and I really hope they fix this problem and get a few new, friendly staff.

Bagels are amazing and love the ladies they make. Unfortunately I had more than an unpleasant experience with a lady in register. she was unnecessarily rude for me and my friends at every order.

The personal makes this brueggers more inviting than any other. and eating is great as it is at all others. Faster and friendly service makes this a joy.

Super friendly staff! many sorts and aromas to choose, among them bagel breakfast sandwiches and desserts like cookies and muffins. we'll go back if we want a good bagel sandwich!

I will never step foot into this establishment again. The employees were extremely rude. My boyfriend and I walked in to get breakfast this morning with my service dog. We were told that he was not allowed into the business, and before I could say anything they said “well only registered service animals” and my dog, is in fact registered as a service animal. But the two ladies behind the counter wouldn’t listen to me and told us we had to leave. I really enjoyed your food and would come here every so often to get food, but I can’t give my business anymore. Get new employees that will listen and who are not rude as all can be. I wish I could give you guys zero stars from today’s experience.
