The food is always hot and fresh and made on the spot. The employees are always very polite and have great attention to detail. I haven't had a bad experience here yet. Coming here for years. Thanks

Just under anyone's hope. Don't get a salad, half of it is missing w/o any notice, cukes are old and discolored. What lettuce you do get is brown and mostly rib bottom. Not sure why you get what you get instead what you ordered. It's just Jack's afterall. The dining tables are not cleaned

In addition to my order, I asked the cashier for a glass of hot water and he said they didn't have it, when a few days before someone else asked him for the same thing and I had no problem. I not sure about the name antony or sandy in the recibediferente

This place is unbelievable.. How come all of a sudden no one knows how to use the system they are so lazy that I had a huge order and the magnetic strip on my card didn't work and instead of them punching in the numbers they claimed that it wasntpossible to manually put it in. That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. So my family had to starve because they couldn't goan extra mile to make the card work.. that's crazy.
