Kfc - Pittsboro

At this point we have a 16-part family dinner with half crispy extra crispy at 6:20 pm today! The guy on the drive-dru loudspeaker said he had only original one we were okay with! Then he said I'm sorry we can only count eight now! So we told them that we could wait for more cooked, then a female came over the speaker (guest management) and said that all they left are 8 pieces of chicken, they are short staff and they don't cook chicken anymore! So we went to Bojangles. Why do you even have your doors open when you can?t even make food! You didn't write anything about being limited to what you could order! If I had gone online and ordered this, it would not have been fulfilled because they don't want to cook more chicken! We are very disappointed about this service and will never come back here again!

10/23/21 He waited 30 minutes by car for food and it was old and cold. Then waited 15 minutes on the ride for a refund and the guy in the window said they had only 2 workers that night I think is unacceptable... but I gave 2 stars because he said they dropped only fresh chicken benches and pommes, so I said, instead of refund I would just eat, and food was good.

Had her spicy chicken sandwich combo thank God, I have not broken a tooth on one of her frits because my dentist is not open today on Saturday probably no longer going there for another year

Do children pass flavor it's not Bland like it used to be and it was good and now they have chicken liver and that's on the reason of all those go for lunch now

Been here twice. First time about 3 months ago. Waiting at the counter watching 3 employees talking behind the ovens. Two of them looked directly at me a couple times and kept talking. I left after about 7-8 mins. Came in today. They got my order wrong. When I went back to the counter, the employee sounded like I was a bother to him as he said ?what?s up??. He handed me the missing item and no apologies or anything. He just mumbled and walked away. I will not be back to this location.
