Domino's Pizza - Pittsboro

No one on the switch for 5 minutes. Finally place the order and they say 10 minutes ok wait in the car someone else comes and ordered and gets food there before me. Then the cooker starts eating something and puts his fingers in his mouth and never washes his hands before he gets my pizza out. This is a badly managed business

Waited over an hour for the pizza, then another 25 min for delivery and it came cold. and kumpel had not even a pencil for us to sign the reception. Come on.

The customer service here is outstanding! They truly went above and beyond when I couldn't carry my entire order. The general manager even took off his apron and personally delivered my drink to the car, securing it with a seatbelt to prevent it from going flat on the way home! Wow! The pizzas are the best in our city, and we won't be going anywhere else!

On February 10, 2019, Jacob made our pizza today. He was working solo, and to be honest, he crafted the best pizzas we've ever had. Great job, Jacob! Many thanks for the fantastic pizza!

95% of the time, they don't answer the phone. They also seem to forget if you've already made a payment. My favorite part is when I'm just 5.4 miles away from the Domino's, and they call me back 30 minutes after taking our order. Interestingly, they delivered to our place last Sunday and on several occasions before that.
