Pizza cooked in the pans, sincerely I do not understand all the praises of other users... pizza absolutely normal, when it cools a bit it also becomes soft enough. I can't say it's bad, but not particularly good, good pizza is another thing...
Pizzeria da Dolfo is a very small tasty pizzeria, they have a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy a tasty meal in a cozy atmosphere, perfect for tourists who want to eat like the local, reserve is recommended as the few tables are quickly occupied every evening.
I go there as soon as I can... my parents went there for more than 20 years because they found the pizza cooked in the most tasty and good baking tray... now they also have other dishes as first, starters all good ... and last but not least the price... very contained!
Informal room, with outdoor tables on the main square, with church view. In the evening, very nice. Pizza other than usual (cotta in teglia, without a cornice, loaded with excellent condiments. There is a nice variety of choice, for all tastes. Among those we have tried, Gitana and Chiesinese are very, but very interesting. I won't list the ingredients, go and try. For fans, or the most curious, they also make the kitchen: this time I did not try, I realize to do it next time (because yes, there will certainly be . Friendly staff, fast service (the tables were almost all full. Very cheap account: pizza, drink, dessert, coffee and covered 15€ per head. Pizzeria Da Dolfo is, in my opinion, promoted to full votes. And we all stood up nicely satisfactorily and really, really satisfied.
