Pleasant discovery in pisa, typical dishes very good and cared for. recommended recommended

I've just been looking for a typical pisa place. once you have accommodated the staff was very kind and helpful. first they brought us the wine (ciliegiolo,) putting the bottle in fresh. the appetizer of Tuscan bruschetta was fabulous accompanied by a bowl containing melted pecorino. the carbonara to the Sienese cinta is prepared by masters and very well seasoned. also the pappardellas to the ragù of chianina were very good. a special note goes to the coffee (it was delicious) and to the wide choice of super alcohol of excellent quality. the proper price.

From ferment is always a guarantee ... despite the reservation made to the last ilaria has managed to settle us in the best of ways despite the place was full they managed to satisfy every our need calculating that with us there were a little girl and agazzino .... the impeccable flows appetizers and unique fillets and without talking about the wine..... that ilaria always knows what to recommend ......What to say thank you for this wonderful evening and welcome !!!
