If you're looking for good South food without ruffles, that's your place! The food is delicious and fresh. The fish portions are HUGE and the Hush puppies are full of taste. You won't be hungry. The staff is friendly. You're short now, so please be patient.

You have the best green tomatoes and their fruit Punsch is the best drink, ever I will go there for these two main things and the price is pretty good

WONDERFUL Food and Staff! Waiting time was not long and the food was hot and fresh. Wish us to live here so we can eat more here! Unfortunately we were just through. But these were some of the best fish, shrimp, chicken and fried pimple we had? ve ever had! Beautiful crispy pommes also and the SWEET TEA ohh my gosh it was SO SO GOOD! And I'm very picky about my sweet tea. Big job Sam?s! When we get back thru Pine Bluff, we'll be over!

One of my favorite places to eat! Food is always delicious! I had fried green tomatoes, fish and jumbo shrimp on this visit.

Considering all the wonderful reviews that are shown here, maybe I'll meet this in a bad night. I'm here at 20:00 or 21:00 in early October. The place was empty except that a few take-out and a few employees. There was no music, and the TV wasn't on, so the place seemed kind of creepy. The place was clean, but looked worn. The staff was polite enough. I have no complaints. The seat I took seemed good to be worn and was probably left when this place was a Captain D's (origin through the layout). I had grilled fish and shrimp, and it was delicious! The food is delicious. I think the parts were a little small for what I got, but then everything becomes more expensive. The only complaint I really have is that the okra seemed to be a combination of cold, overcooked and old. One piece was like chewing leather. I had a lot of it. I wish I had less okra and more fish shrimps. One thing I noticed was that I was the only customer in. All the others who came in there while I was there (and there were about twelve, maybe more) got them to go. Maybe that's the key to enjoying this place. Get your meals to go.
