In the restaurant, Mr. Arif was energetic and quick, while Mr. Ramu was more traditional and disciplined. I appreciated the behavior of both Mr. Arif and Mr. Ramu. Miss Poja from banquet sales gave me a informative tour of the hotel, so I can recommend it to my company. Mr. Swapnil Deshmane was very helpful in extending my room stay, and I'm sure he is a very ambitious salesperson. Bar attendant Mr. Ashwin from Kerala was knowledgeable about different alcohols and very supportive. The DJ always accepted our song requests, making our experience even more enjoyable. One of the highlights of the hotel was the wonderful art done by Mr. Vijay from housekeeping. His extraordinary and surprising creations made my stay even more special. The restaurant has a fantastic ambiance that rivals that of a 5-star establishment. The food is excellent, the event halls are top-notch, and the rooms offer picturesque views. Surprisingly, all of this comes at a more affordable rate than typical 5-star hotels. The staff is welcoming, the room service is always smiling, and they are attentive without being intrusive. No follow-ups required here!

We went to Orchid for a team lunch. It was a quiet Tuesday and the restaurant was nearly empty, making it feel like we had the whole banquet hall to ourselves. The restaurant doesn't offer a buffet for groups of less than 15 people, so we had to order a la carte. Initially, everyone was apprehensive about the food due to the lack of customers. The service was slow, but the Tuscan soup, Baked vegetables, and kebabs we ordered were delicious. Despite the sluggish service, everyone enjoyed both the starters and main course. We finished off our meal with a simple dessert of vanilla ice cream.

Stayed at The Orchid for a night. They have recently started a special floor for solo women travellers. The floor has a female security guard, interiors done to suit female tastes and the bathroom is loaded with supplies like a nail cutter, nail polish remover, lotions, face wash, apart from the usual shower gel and shampoo, conditioner. The rooms were spotless ant the beds were extremely comfortable and large. Right from the check-in staff, everyone was very courteous and polite. We were ushered into the room by a smiling, friendly female staff member even though it was well past midnight. She also showed us the security cameras installed outside each room door that allows the guest to see who is at the door. Overall, highly recommended!

Over all - very good experience. Nice spread of main course and good starters. Deserts were good but could have been better.
