Chelsea's Kitchen - Phoenix

I came here because it was the only restaurant with good reviews on the terminal 4. Service is very friendly and knows BUT I was asked twice how I want my burger medium. Burger came dry as paper when I made a note to the server that the food was pretty bad she asked didn’t I ask for a well done one??? At the end on the bill or said burger… medium. Place was not busy at all so no excuses. Rather disappointing food experience.

I went here to have lunch with my boss and coworker. My boss ordered a white wine, tomato soup, and a side salad. He enjoyed his lunch. My coworker ordered a champagne, a french turkey dip, and a side salad. She enjoyed her lunch.I got a champagne and ceviche, presumably for us to share. It was a bit disappointing, as the ceviche likely used precooked shrimp (and they were whole).I would return here, but I wouldn't order or recommend the ceviche.

This place is really bad. I had the flatiron steak and it was awful. The mashed potatoes had zero flavor. The Caesar salad was terrible. Stay away.

Anthony was fantastic. Super attentive the food was unbelievably good and very reasonably priced. I Highly recommend.

Quality of ingredients seemed okay however they maybe had an inexperienced food prep cook in the kitchen this time. As example my friend ordered steak tacos and received salsa and guacamole, while I ordered vegetarian tacos and did not receive salsa and guacamole. When I asked they said that was extra! When it came to service we were in the midst of a shift change and both servers were dog slow and preoccupied with talking with other employees... This is a poor reflection of management allowing for the paying restaurant patron not to receive customer service on a timely fashion. I'm talking about receiving waters, taking our orders, getting our waters refilled, receiving our food, asking how our food is, and receiving our check, etc.While the restaurant has a great location and aesthetics or charming, the food and service is lacking so I cannot recommend stopping by here in the future nor to any of my traveling patrons.
