Arby's - Phoenix

Got the new wagyu burger, it wasnt bad. Id still get the roast beef next time tho lol

The sandwich was horrible I ordered a Greek Gyro With Frys and a orange shake.The sandwich only had 4 pieces of meat and the frys were not done. I also ordered the shake with no whipped cream when i got to the window she ask me we put whipped on yourshake will you take it.

Tried the new Wagyu burger, first off you have to have a cook that knows how to cook a good burger you can ruin a good piece of meat with someone who doesn?t know how to cook a burger. Seems like all the juices were mashed out of it during cooking. Themenu said medium well and mine was so well done that the outer edges were bone dry I couldn?t even eat the outer edges of thepatty. This was from the location at 119 East Baseline Rd. The entire patty was pretty dry, too well done. I was not satisfiedwith it at all, the bun was not fresh and it was just a big sloppy mess on top of meat with stale buns I was very dissatisfiedwith it. Needless to say that was my first and last time trying a Wagyu burger at Arby?s. Not a good experience at all. My moneywould?ve been better spent if I went to the Burger King a couple doors down.

As soon as we were running. the door, one of the hired sat on the front counter where they place food. the ice machine was 't working, and their soda machine was not properly calibrated! your eating was cold and disgusting, the workers were in the job counter asking about personal and only a storm to cuddle. very sad, this use to our go to arby 's we knew that eating would be amazing. no more, so disappointing?

Had to try the new diablo chicken sandwich. I liked it. if they do not like spicy hot taste, it is probably not for them. Food: 5/5
