Contribuiți la feedbackThis was our first visit to this particular Wendy's, and it was great! The veggies were fresh and the fries were nice and hot. Definitely a good experience that we'll do again.
We went through the drive thru and the messed my order up. I called them and they said to come back the girl working drive thru was rude the way she handed my food to me and couldn't say we sorry. When I was at the drive thru and gave them my name they didn't even respond. I sat at the Intercom for about 10mins her excuse was were busy. I will not be back to this store again. Customer service is so bad here. ? Tried to call the store and file complaint but of course they didn't answer the phone ? ?
I was an employee. I'm a military vet with PTSD and a neurological issue. They allowed me to work in a hostile work environment. I went to HR about it and then they took retaliative measures against me all the way to harassing me at Fry's on the corner of 69th avenue and Bell. Lynn the employee at Thunderbird and 59th avenue. Who is unprofessional conduct of passive aggression towards me made me walk out one day and they said I forfeited my job. I experienced extreme nepotism. There's nothing but friends family and churchgoers that work for them junior is GM under m is Daniel who used to go to Sunday school with him under him is Angel his son under that may I go on. These kids are mean and very disrespectful. The customer service there is horrendous. Add breakfast if they don't have anything they will give you an incorrect order and not give you a receipt extremely bad company. Both places on 59th avenue Thunderbird and Bell. Let it be known they've got a new store that should never have been opened! I'd like to also add Lynn took retaliative measures against another employee at a different store when she tried to complain about Aubrey manager of the brand new store. So as you can see Lynn is known to do the path of aggressive retaliation fail Wendy's. I would like to add that I am a proud employee of Black Bear diner on 60th avenue and Bell road. I would like to invite everybody to Black Bear because they are a wonderful company and they didn't have to support me but they did I am a military vet with disabilities! Black Bear diner is amazing five 5 STARS and I'd also like to thank everybody for supporting me and supporting them. Thank you black bear and everybody that works there you're all amazing! And I'm proud to say that I work with these amazing people and for this wonderful company. I will promote black bear to anybody and everybody you can see me walking down Bell road in that area wearing their shirts nothing but support nothing but love and respect blackbear. Please remember if you see me I am a disabled vet with a neurological issue and PTSD so could you please be kind. Thank youWheelchair accessibility: I'm a military vet with a disability. I'm a former employee. They failed to make proper accommodations for me a military vet with PTSD and a neurological disorder. Instead they went to extreme measures in retaliation.
Horrible employees and service. They have no respect for people. I know someone who has PTSD and they were so disrespectful to her. She's a vet for God sake have some respect for our military!!!!????
Food is usual quality... the service was absolutely atrocious. The young lady taking my order was rude and rushed me through. I only ordered my kids food because she wouldn't let me order more. I was not offered a receipt and had to go inside to get one. The manager on duty was quite upset I requested my receipt and made it very clear she was not happy and how inconvenienced she was by this request. No one was wearing name tags of course... so I can't call them out by name. But wow... what a mistake to come here. Wendy's is great but they need to fire this miserable lot of people and start over completely.
