Mcdonald's - Philadelphia

Everything was hot fresh, nothing missing in my order.

This Mcdonalds needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY! Every single time i order they are horrible. Im always missing items, no sauce, no ice in the drinks, no straws, nuggets are hard as rocks, fries been sitting all day long! I HATE THIS PLACE! Shut it down!

I ordered a chicken pack should have come with 4 chicken sandwiches a 20 piece nugget and 4 fries and also 2 Apple pie. I received 2 chicken sandwiches4 fries a 20 piece spicy nugget that I cannot feed to a three and four-year-olds and 4 chocolate chip cookies no pies.

They didnt giving me my sauce nor my drinks for my meals and didnt even give me my mc flurry. the the second time they did this .

Macdonald’s is macdonald’s! they get what they pay for. I'm not sure if I like the new layout so much because it seems like the waiting time is longer than before. they can also not get any refills on soda because they have moved the soaper behind the counter. they have introduced the Steak-Egg and cheese bagel again, but it's nothing like the original sandwich I used to like (many!) I didn't like the cut of the softdrinks! in some macdonalds they have to put their order on the touchscreen kiosk! I used this thing! I'm a senior (aka oldhead) and I'm going to deal with a living breather! I would suggest that the upper management at macdonald’s think new, it is corporate strategy before losing more market share in its competitors! thank you for having a little feedback. I hope you listen.
