Germantown Garden Grill Poolside

Calm down. Long waits for the waiter. The food was good.

After we had set ourselves, it took 35 minutes to welcome us. When she came to us, she apologized and said no one told her we were sitting. The waitress informed us about what they did not have in the menu (sometimes different from the online menu). When she asked what we wanted to drink, I replied that I would like a Truly Strawberry Lemonade. The waitress informed us that they did not have any of the Truly drinks available. So I said I'd take a Shirley temple with additional cherries. The waitress said it would be okay if the drink is made with cherry juice because they don't have grenade. I said no problem, then she said they don't have cherries. I didn't say anything to her, I'm just taking water with lemon. The waitress took our order. When our appetizers came out, it was the wrong size of the shells. The server took the shells back and when we got the right size they were cold. We only heard that I was able to apologize for every meeting with the waitress. Although the food was good, the service was not.

The food was not good, mostly edible, but never want to eat again. The igloo was funny and warm. Only two employees from six wore masks. Our server Kia was beautiful and started attentive, but disappeared halfway through the meal. When I walked into the rest room (who was wrapped with several floors from the order, no paper towels and a hand dryer to the wall), I discovered that Kia was the only server for much too many tables. That makes sense why she was everywhere. I wouldn't return.

Igloo was funny and private. Cool in the rain and warm enough. The food and drinks were moderate.

We had date night in the igloos. The ambiance was excellent. The igloo got pretty warm so that was a plus. Only thing I suggest is that you have a way to call the server if needed. It get pretty busy and we had to wait for the server to come by to request something versus if we were inside we could grab someone to get our server. Other than that food was great music was excellent. We will return to check it out in the summer
