Worst experience ever! Maybe they will go later the day, but not in the early morning if they want to drink an espresso. I feel bad, but I have to give my assessment because there is no manager for me to make a speech. there was a sweet older woman who worked the cafe station very sweet but, she had no idea what she did outside the coffee basic shedding. they had no real knowledge or training, how to prepare the espresso-based drinks. I paid almost $9 for a small icey mocha and croissant sandwich the icy mocha was full of powder tastefully granular n waaaaayyyy to overpower the espresso taste, she tried it four times after me said it was ok, no worries about it, just break off that drink. I felt terrible again because she didn't know how to reimburse it. I left it alone and waited. I came at 6:44 o'clock, didn't go until 7:10 o'clock my drink was still terrible. my suggestion is perhaps a sign posting in which “no espresso drinks available until...” after a certain time when she has more help. that was a terrible service and I was late for work. so many other espresso places in the opposite, but I gave this one try because it is right next to my job. never again! I paid almost 9 dollars for a drink full of powder chocolate syrup and uneven espresso I feel hurt lol!

I ended up leaving without a proper drink after waiting from 6:44 until 7:10. My suggestion would be to have a sign indicating that espresso drinks are not available until a certain time when they have more help. This was a terrible service experience and made me late for work. There are many other espresso places nearby, but I wanted to give this one a chance since it is close to my job. Never again!
