Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Came thru drive thru on a Sunday evening around 8:30. When I pulled up, there were 2 vehicles in front of me. Why does it take 25 min to order and get food ??? When we pulled up to the window to pay and get our food, we were asked multiple times what our order was. I told them, a few min later somebody asked me again what my order was. Employees were standing around, using their phone, walking away etc. From what I was able to see, there were at least 6 people “ working” but nobody seemed to care. When I was handed my food, no thank you or a sorry for the long wait. Terrible terrible service!! Don’t go to the location on Railroad in Phenix City unless you have lots and lots of time. Bty, the vehicle who was in front of us had been asked to pull up and was still waiting by the time I left. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
