Waffle House - Petersburg

Ordered online pickup, place was crowded and seemed to overwhelm the workers. One employee was scrambling to play music on the jukebox for some reason. Got my order and saw that they gave me soggy toast instead of grilled biscuits. The eggs I ordered were so undercooked the raw egg whites made everything else soggy. I would avoid this place if it's busy, you will probably get sick.

Dinwiddie store new management and workers. Very pleasant atmosphere. Manager on the grill, food was great. Big improvement.

This and every waffle house has To-Go fees but don 't have To-go products. So you 're mandating that a 10% fee is automatically taken out but servers don 't have utensils for takeaway. This proves that management is incompetent to in ensuring staff is adequately supplied.Ensure you get all that you require before tipping. The store can tip servers with the To-Go fees
