Cafeneaua avea panouri de furnir de lemn pe pereți și cadre de ușă, mobilier simplu și un singur client. Dar doamna care ma salutat a fost minunată, iar prețurile păreau destul de bine.
Am încercat Pad Thai și Curry Beef să meargă. În timp ce vasul de tăiței a venit cu creveți de dimensiuni decente, era prea dulce pentru plăcerea mea. Curry Massaman a fost bun. La $ 11.90 pentru un vas complet nu am avut nimic de pi... Vezi toate recenziile.
Great food at decent prices and run by a lovely couple. The mee goreng is my go-to for a quick lunch and the curries are good also. Try the curry puffs too!
The cafe had timber veneer panels on the walls and door frames, simple furniture and only one other customer. But the lady who greeted me was lovely and the prices looked decidedly okay. We tried pad Thai and beef curry to go. While the noodle dish came with decent sized prawns, it was too sweet for my liking. The massaman curry was good. At $11.90 for a full pot we had nothing to lose and I can see why there was a steady stream of people ordering take always while I was there. The food took the couple a little while to cook but I like what they are doing and will probably return if I'm in the neighbourhood. Maybe one of the fresh salads next time.
Solid and good value. Had a chicken pad thai and needed more flavour and spice but overall pretty good for $9.90!
My colleagues and I decided to try out Yod's for a Friday lunch as our office is nearby.
Yod's is the "I forgot to go to the grocery store" solution.
