Acacia Cottage - Perth

We visited Acacia Cottage during a layover on our London-Perth-Melbourne flight, and we are so happy that we did! The communication before our stay was excellent. We had arranged for airport pickup, and Richard was prompt and welcoming. He went above and beyond to provide us with information on local attractions. The bed and breakfast looked just like it did on the website, and our room was very comfortable and cozy. Rae and Richard greeted us warmly upon our arrival. They had vegan treats in the fridge for us and even offered to make us soup since we were too tired from our flight to go out for lunch. The next day, after a delicious breakfast, our hosts drove us to the local train station so we could explore Perth. When we returned, Rae had prepared a delicious curry for us, and we enjoyed a lovely evening on the balcony overlooking Perth, watching bandicoots and parrots in the garden and planes landing at the nearby airport. It was wonderful to have vegan hosts who didn't just offer us vegan cookies like mainstream hotels.
