Ihop - Peoria

My fiancé and I ordered two sampler platters: mine was supposed to include strawberry banana pancakes, two pieces each of bacon, sausage, and ham, along with eggs and hashbrowns. What I actually received were two pieces of bacon, two sausages, and country potatoes with scrambled eggs. The pancakes didn’t have any strawberry topping either. My fiancé ordered tres leches pancakes with four pieces of bacon and eggs, but his pancakes were completely plain. To make matters worse, our orders were mixed up. My fiancé’s pancakes ended up with my eggs and bacon, and vice versa. Additionally, the edges of the pancakes were quite dry, making them difficult to cut. The bacon was extremely soggy, as it seemed like they hadn’t drained it properly before serving, leaving a ridiculous amount of grease pooling on the plate. On top of all that, we had to ask for the toppings for our pancakes, which were served in small condiment cups. This really ruined our dining experience. Honestly, this is one of the worst meals I've ever had. Given that this was only my second time eating at iHOP, this experience has definitely deterred me from returning. I regret not going to Waffle House instead.

I ordered the Reese's Pieces, but what I received was just peanut butter drizzled with chocolate syrup. The restaurant was bustling, with the staff putting in a lot of effort to attend to the steady flow of customers. Our server was friendly and made a point to check on us frequently, but they seemed a bit inexperienced and naive.

I drove out of my way to go to this IHOP because of the bad experience I had at the last one. I?ve got to say I was very impressed. All of the staff were friendly and seated us right away. The food was good, coffee was perfect temp and all of the tables were clean. They even cleared the tables the moment another guest finished their meal which is so important, in my opinion. Also, I?ve been to so many restaurants where we?d have to ask the host for a high chair. That wasn?t even a question this time. Rational thinking and quick service. All in all a fantastic experience.

Went late night after a concert because it was one of the few things open and had a great time! The waitress was super attentive and helpful with the menu. Our food came out very quickly and was delicious. Definitely a great late night spot when you really need pancakes at 1 am.

We had excellent food and service at this location this past Sunday. We got there earlier than the crowd. The food was fresh and hot and we were treated with excellent customer service by our waitress. The new big and fluffy french toast was excellent. Overall a great experience. The Fajita omelette as well. I haven't been to an IHOP in a long time, would definitely return here.
