Excellent Pizza Experience at Pieology Cordova Mall I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pieology in Cordova Mall, Pensacola, and I must say it was an outstanding pizza experience from start to finish. First and foremost, the customer service was exceptional. The staff members were friendly, welcoming, and eager to assist with any questions or requests we had. They made us feel right at home and ensured our dining experience was enjoyable. When it comes to the pizza itself, Pieology truly exceeded my expectations. The concept of customizing your own pizza is fantastic, allowing you to choose from a wide variety of fresh ingredients was like the pizza version of subway. The dough was perfectly thin and crispy, and the toppings were of the highest quality. I particularly loved the array of fresh vegetables and meats available. The cooking process was quick, and our pizzas came out of the oven piping hot and delicious. Had to let mine cool off for a minute. The flavors melded together, and each bite was a awesome. It was evident that Pieology takes pride in using fresh and flavorful ingredients, resulting in a truly satisfying pizza experience. Furthermore, the ambiance of the restaurant was pleasant and inviting. The modern decor, combined with comfortable seating arrangements, created a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. And America’s Funniest Home Videos was on. Whether you're dining with family, friends, or even by yourself, Pieology offers a cozy environment to savor your meal. Lastly, I must mention the value for money. The prices at Pieology are reasonable considering the quality and customization options available. Great experience, I was pleasantly surprised to see the layout. It similar to a build your own sandwich shop, just with pizza. It was the perfect size for one. The service was good. I got pepperoni and olives on my pizza along with the Alfredo and garlic butter. All the topping were nice. The pizza was well done with several nice charred spots. I’d definitely recommend trying them out!

This would be a four star review removing one star for having skimpy cheese and toppings on my pizza. Other than that this would have been a good review....EXCEPT.... Today I visited The Pensacola Mall location for the first time. I ordered from the app and requested curbside delivery. The pizza was presented to me with a smile and friendly greeting. Since food I eat on the road is tax deductible and I did not get a viable receipt with my pizza, (Kitchen ticket with no price on it) I phoned the store and requested a receipt from my order. The person who came to my vehicle identified himself as the owner of that location. He told me that he did not know how to provide me with a receipt and that I should call the people I ordered it from . The people I ordered it from was pieology by way of the app. Even if I called the company how could I get a printed receipt through my phone? I explained to him why I needed it and that I would not be able to return there for lunch since they can 't seem to provide a receipt. Get this. He turned around stamped off back into the store while calling me an a . I went after him and he is lucky it did not become physical. I would not do business with this location ever again if my life depended on it. Can a review be negative stars?

I would encourage anyone to reach out to mgmt when you have an issue with Pieology. I did and they made things right. 100%. I was actually impressed with how they were truly apologetic w/ my experience. Seriously. If you have an issue with them, reach out. We owe it to these businesses to at least give them a chance. Good job Pieology. Just make sure you get those on board that make your product, to put love and care into every item that is made! Thank you SO much for working out my situation. You're awesome.

Took a cab here because I was craving pizza thank God it was completely empty. Got home, opened the box to a pretty surface and raw dough underneath. There was no one there and my pizza was raw ????? Wish I could get a refund on the whole trip.
