As for the food, it was appalling—there was greasy bacon and a rotten tomato. I can't understand how they consistently mess up the coffee. The hot chocolate tasted watered down compared to other locations, and the Bailey latte was bitter, unlike the delicious version from a different place. This restaurant needs serious improvement in customer service and staff training. They should hire people who are genuinely motivated to provide quality service and ensure the food matches the standards of other locations. They also need to train their staff on how to make coffee correctly and follow customer orders accurately. When I ask for one cream and one sugar, I don't mean it without any cream or sugar!

To add to my review, I returned the following day to try ordering a Bailey's coffee, only to receive another black coffee. The day after that, I inquired about what to do when a wrong item is given, and I was told to just buy it again. Hello, Junction 42 Tim's, I guess I’ll be seeing you every day!

I was disappointed with my experience. I ordered a double double, which has just three ingredients, yet the sugar was consistently overlooked. As a coffee shop, I expect you to be able to prepare a good cup of coffee. What happened to quality control?

Terrible customer service, waited at the window for our food while it was on the counter infront of us. They wouldn't even look at us, when we went in to pay we were asked to leave
