Took a takeout.. Smokey hot chicken given on styrofoam container with aluminum foil on the side.. can smell the styrofoam when eating the chicken.. they should invest in some better food containers for serving high temperature foods

Before the meals were better. They have lowered the quality

Here you can eat delicious food... fresh and instant products. Excellent service, thanks to Marisol Irizarry, Mr. Eric and his team, and don't forget the cook Padilla. I can't return to my little island in PR without first visiting them. 100% recommended.Until next time

If I could give no stars would be how I really feel so let me start off with I have read the reviews so I see you all haven't made any adjustments. Well today me and my husband entered this racist location and upon walking up the white lady at the register is not friendly and everything you ask her is a NO that's all comes out of her mouth no customer service skills at all. Secondly they tried to serve me teaspoons of food and charge me almost $14 dollars a plate and when I told the manager Carmen this was unacceptable she decided to go back and forth with me in front of guest and her staff completely unprofessional what I couldn't understand is why all the other hispanic guest had large portions and paid less and me and my husband was giving child size portions and attitude and no to anything I asked as if we wasn't welcomed there. The manager is so unprofessional and that explains why the staff has no smiles don't greet you and definitely don't have no customer service skills! This location needs to be investigated by the NCAAP because clearly there is some discrimination going on at this location and it starts with the manager! Corporate you need to get this location cleaned up put managers in place that can deal with the public and is welcoming and treat all races equal and give great customer service!
