I don't know how someone can give this place negative reviews,place is awesome food is great and fast...I had the veggie egg white omelette with stuffed raspberries French toast,whenever I visit Florida this place is a must to visit

I have to say that Manny is one of the best if not the best server that our family has ever had. He was incredibly attentive and saw that my daughter was playing TicTacToe on her own paper and made sure to get all three of them activities. He made sure every table he had was taken care of. He made sure that anybody that walked in was acknowledged. He apologized for stretching over one of my daughter's plate to refill my coffee. My husband, my daughters, and I all commented on how wonderful of a server he is and hope that the tip we left reflected that. Manny should be giving classes to servers everywhere. We had an experience recently at a local restaurant where we sat for 10 minutes and our server checked on the table next to us and didn't even acknowledge us or ask us for a drink order. When we were walking out she wished us a great day as she drank her drink (which came across sarcastically). I'm going to recommend their staff go to Keke's and learn from their servers.

I'm from Miami and every time I come to visit Orlando I come to keke's! My favorite server is Pauline C. Who took care of me today. She is so attentive, amazing customer service and extremely kind! Thank you for hiring her she is absolutely fantastic and always hope she's in when I'm in town.

Wow! I've never eaten a waffle that you could literally just wave in the wind. It was so chewy it was horrid. They also don't put any salt and pepper on the table anymore, but the server's tote catch up syrup and hot sauce back and forth from table to table. Without them being wiped down they offer a half pound burger but don't tell you it's too patties Left a lot to be desired and I've been in the food industry 25 years or better watch the young man come to the front with his fingers in his mouth and then deliver me my food and couldn't even ask which person had what meal he was so dumbfounded saw young lady play with her hair and chew gum that look like a 12-year-old in the counter. Waiting to be a hostess all around. Bad experience won't be back
