This was my first experience with papa johns as normally I'm a domino's sort of guy

Waited 20 minutes for the pizza and then it got taken by someone else cause they didn’t check who’s order it was. Then waited another 10-15 minutes. Got told we could have a drink or offered something for free and received nothing. No hair nets worn either by any of the workers.

We were unable to dine at the restaurant because it is not dog-friendly, so we decided to order a pizza instead. While waiting for our order, we observed the person serving us handling food to top the pizza without wearing gloves. He then went back to the cash register to take an order, handled cash without washing his hands, and returned to handling food. This lack of basic hygiene was very concerning.

Under staffed, only one lad on front of house taking orders and handing them out he did a fab job considering rushed off his feet. Get him some help poor lad. Pizza was lovely, hot and fresh cant fault food

I usually don't leave reviews, but this experience was so terrible that I had to share. We ordered food to be delivered to our van, and it arrived on time. We had been traveling all day and were very hungry, so we didn't have high expectations. We ordered an XXL meal for just over £20. Unfortunately, the food was inedible. It was so greasy that it upset my stomach, and it seemed undercooked. We tried to grill it ourselves to improve it, but it didn't help. After a few bites, we gave up and threw it away. I would suggest ordering from Domino's instead, as their food is tastier and more affordable, and they can deliver to the site entrance.
