Pho Saigon - Pearland

The food was fantastic, and the customer service was outstanding! It seems the restaurant is under new, excellent management. The manager personally checked in on customers, showing a willingness to go above and beyond. Plus, he's quite attractive! 5/5

I've visited several Pho Saigon locations, and I wasn't let down at this one. They consistently meet my expectations, and I left feeling quite satisfied! I ordered #18 with all the meats in a small size because I'm trying to watch my waistline—just kidding, not really! I also got the spring rolls and an egg roll, which were both excellent. The broth was flavorful, and the meats were cooked perfectly. The server was quick, and I received my food in no time. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed, accompanied by soft music. I highly recommend dining in if you have the time!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the service. One of the waiters was quite rude; he approached our table and bluntly asked, "What do you want?" without offering us water or even making eye contact. Another server simply dropped our dish on the table without explaining what it was. Given that all Pho can look similar, we wanted to confirm what we had ordered, but after asking twice, he merely pointed at us in response. Since this is a family-run restaurant, it seems unlikely that they will improve their service in the future. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a better dining experience. On a positive note, I still have to commend the food and acknowledge one waiter who was much more professional than the rest.

My friend took me here because he's been raving about the pho.I didn't get too adventurous and only had the vietnamese sandwich, but it was fantastic. (I love a good fresh jalapeno! My friend got his bowl of beef pho and slurped it down so fast! While we were sitting, quite a few ppl walked in and placed/picked up orders to go. Glad they are doing good business!It's a nice atmosphere with good food :

I came here once before and the food was good. Today I came in and the young person working here was standoffish and laughed sarcastically when I asked if they could make my banh mi sandwich spicy. These sandwiches typically have green chilies in them which he said they could not accommodate me for. It was surprising they would not add this. I decided to go to Nam Noodles instead which is better food and better customer service. Never again will I come to this location.
