The appetizer, Chicken 65 was really good, but I couldn't describe what flavor it is, but it was good. So much going on, on the tongue with that one! The pineapple chicken was different, especially when you take a bite and are thinking that it's going to be Chicken or pineapple and it's a potato... The butter chicken has good flavor not too strong. The garlic naan wasn't really strongly seasoned. The paneer naan was good, not sure the kind of cheese it's got in it, but it was good. We won't be back ONLY cuz it a 1.5 hr drive one way there. We were down for the Spanish Fork Rodeo 7/19/24.
Not family friend with what they play on their tv. Gore and murder shows usually doesn't sit well during dinner... at least not for me. Food was okay. Not my favorite Indian food. Service was okay. But to each their own right? Try it if you want and decide for yourself.
I always go for the medium hot lamb tikka masala. (You order to your spice preference) The wife got chicken tikka masala, which I sampled (ate half), it was top-notch! The manager is cool and will tell you god love story, ask him about Africa. The server was named Anastasia, she was so polite and helpful. This place is a sit down style, it is $20 a plate, and drinks are pricey. That being said it did not disappoint and I will be back. Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs
Great place to eat lunch at Payson. A different place from standard hamburgers and sandwiches Vegetarian options: There were a bunch but I'm not into that.
I had to leave a review after the disappointing experience we had with the ‘Indian’ food presented here. The only dishes that were somewhat decent were the samosas and chicken tikka masala. We were excited to find an Indian restaurant during our road trip, but the food was a letdown. The veggie pakoras were especially bad—doughy, gooey, and oddly spherical, which I’ve never seen before. Chicken 65 looked like it was boiled in red food coloring with some lemon juice squeezed on top. The biryani was bland and tasted like nothing but cardamom powder. Even the garlic naan was disappointing, with just garlic powder sprinkled on top. On the positive side, the ghee rice and chicken tikka masala were good. The restaurant is called Tadka, but there was no trace of any actual tadka in the food.
