I came into this Dunkin' Donuts today and this is my regular Dunkin, every time I come in I'm always waiting for service. The manager is always seeming like she has an attitude and rather be somewhere else then work , always on her phone or yelling at her employees, I once seen her grab and employee by their shirt collar and when the employee said something about it she tried to brush it off n make it seem like a joke and even if it was a joke there is a time and a place and it definitely shouldn't be infront of customers or on the floor of work. If I was their employee I would've put my hands back on her. I will never come back to this Dunkin ever again you guys lost my service and money going into your revenue. Definitely need new supervisor in here

Was a good place to catch breakfast but they keep changing their crew. And the manager and DM ain't worth well you know. Go to east street around the corner. Or just go the extra blocks and get MC d's or Wendy's. Trust me.
