Anno Das Cafe - Pattensen

We visited Cafe Anno two nights ago on a seemingly normal Friday night. The World Cup was on and that might have surprised the cafe, becaused it seemed the staff was overwhelmed by the number of guests. The place and square was by no means packed, but the staff seemed stressed out. We arrived at 9 pm, ordered drinks and our meal. Our kids didn’t want all the vegetables in their meal (enchilada), and the waitress mentioned, that the ‘special order’ might come with a wait. And wait we did! We waited for well over an hour, so at 22.10 the waitress promised ‘it’ll be right out’. At 22.20, still nothing! We asked the staff again, but the waitress was to ashamed to come out and tell us, that it would be another 5-10 minutes, so we’d had it. We cancelled the order, left the place and never coming back. And yes, they told us, it might take extra time, but 1,5 hours to prepare Enchiladas, that’s beyond ridiculous!
