Servers are friendly but the frequent presence of drug addicts are a huge turn-off and make it uncomfortable to sit and enjoy your ?

As someone that used to work in the fast food industry I try to be understanding of our workers, but it?s always a bad experience every time I go in here. They?ve gotten my order wrong more than once (it?s always that one lady that messes up myorder) and when I KINDLY try and confront them about it they refuse to take accountability and they refuse to make it right. IfI want it done right, I have to pay again. Now why do I have to pay for your mistake? Terrible service. You better hope they getyour order right, otherwise they don?t care.

If you are an early morning commuter, this Dunkin ' is beyond a shadow of a doubt the worst Dunkin ' in the Paterson area. It seems that they set up shop right at opening rather than beforehand. They open up at 7am Mon-Sat 8am Sun, yet when I go in shortly after opening, it 's either our coffee is not ready yet or our oven is preheating so no hot foods .
