Polleria - Passaic

This is my number one place to go for rotisserie chicken. Their chicken is fresh, with lots of flavors. The green sauce is excellent. I haven't try much of their menu, but they always have good customer service.

Ordered through GrubHub which gave this place a lot of great reviews. We only ordered the Cabaña Chicken. Literally received an entire split roasted chicken, 3 gigantic pork ribs, a large container of hand cut fries, small side salad, and 2 various sauces for $30.00 (GH pricing). It truly was really tasty! We opted to air fry the fries just to crisp them back up before eating. I did have to air fry the ribs and the thigh parts of the chicken as I wanted the ribs more crispy and the thigh areas had some pink showing. I can't really say they were under cooked, but we prefer them cooked a little longer.Fries were tasty and the sauces were really interesting. I can't for the life of me figure out what the yellow sauce was, but the green was definitely a blend of cilantro and maybe avocado? No idea but both were great with the meat and fries. Just be cautioned that they must cut up the chicken right after roasting instead of letting it rest so there is a lot of juice in the pan. Meat was still moist though. Will try again!

Rude staff and owners. I walked in for a UberEats delivery asking for H_____. I'm not going to disclose the name but they immediately repeated the name mocking me and handed me the order aggressively. I noticed the order was noodles and it was packaged wrong. I told them about this and they told me it was fine and told me to go. I'm struggling to put in the package because I knew it was already leaking when I got it. These people set me up. The man came outside and told me it's my fault and you should tell the customer that you ruined it when they ruined it. When I tried to argue with them they shut the door on me. These people have no respect for delivery drivers or even customers.

Manager was an unprofessional j I cant stand people that treat employees and delivery drivers badly. Will never give them business every again!

Food is good service is lousy. I walked in to pick up my food didn't get greeted. When the second lady walk in she stops what she's doing to help her. When I said something she told me to wait a second.
