Nice hotel. Great food and very nice rooms in a quiet location. Absolute recommendation, we are happy to come back!

Despite some reviews, we decided to spend our summer vacation here. On our arrival we were very kindly received by the staff and referred to the head of the house. Unfortunately, she did not have any welcome. In the course of the day, she explained the course of the day. We have repeatedly pointed out the consequences that we have to face when we smoke in the room. We are non-smokers and a short sentence that is a non-smoking hotel would have been enough in our eyes. After submitting the contact details, our question about where our room is located was pointed out, stairs up and then they already see where their room is located. We asked for a reservation for the evening bread on the same day. When we came to the evening bread, we were sharply pointed out by the boss "They are placed, and really all regular guests got a seat on the top of the terrace and the remaining guests got the table down next to the street. We ate in the restaurant for a second time and booked a place in the guest room. To take it forward, the evening bread was very delicious and freshly prepared. Here the cook still cooks with passion and convinces of the first bite. The hotel and our rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated. We always enjoyed the smallest details we discovered about this time. With our problem with Wi-Fi, the head of the house helped us quickly and easily. During breakfast, however, it was lacking individuality and creativity. Every day there were the same jam, fresh cheese, sausage from the packaging, rolls baked and yogurt until this was empty, then a new variety. On demand for Müsli, it was answered, only completely stirred. Luckily there were honey on demand. In some cases we felt like Bittsteller. Too bad. When the hotel manager had made the beds himself, they saw this immediately. Ceilings just collapsed and not smoothed or painted. Here we realized that it was too much to direct the beds of the hotel guests. As a guest got, not necessarily desired. The staff is very nice and accommodating, always facing the guest with a smile. However, we always lacked the hotel manager. The behaviour leads us to this assessment.

A small but fine hotel! Up to the last corner well maintained.And this eternal torment of others over unfriendly personal ridiculous!All are very attentive. It's almost always someone's responsive.I'll make a comment in connection with kindness: I also have to do with people every day, and I don't run all day with a permanent grim through the area. The last few years make just tense .I am glad that there are people who are there despite all the difficulties to make others a few pleasant days. Thank you, thank you and thank you again.P.S. The cafe should lt. Opening hours at 14:00. When we arrived and asked for a coffee, we were not greeted with a friendly hello or good day, very Patty pointed out that today they only created it at 2:30.

There was a brief explanation where our rooms are. Dinner was not possible on the two days, the kitchen was only open for the weekend. We couldn't have breakfast, that there was only 8:00, that we were already on the road. The rooms are standard, bathroom is ok, but a small TV that can only be seen from the bed. From the area I can't say much, came to the dark and went back.
