Wendy's - Pasco County

I wanted a grill chicken meal but was told they were out of grill chicken, so I ordered a classic chicken sandwich meal. My fries were old and cold. I feel that if you have to wait for your food than your fries should be hot and fresh!

Been here twice. First time was for breakfast which I got both cold breakfast sandwich and wedges. Second was just now for lunch. Cashier dropped my change so I had to fork more money over, only to be charged for the double burger that I ordered andreceived a single. Was looking forward to having a location down the road but won?t be returning.

Strong start to this location but subsequent visits have been progressively worse. Staff was unwelcoming and had the lights turned off during business hours.. Went against my better judgement and decided to give you guys another shot. Stomach hurtsafter eating tonight : fries were cold and Beef of burger was overly salty. Your current operation is successfully deterringcustomers away In action and presentation.

Well y?all started out great. Everything was fresh. And you had plenty of customers. But it didn?t take long. For y?all to start serving OLD Microwaved burgers and fries. And it was only a matter of time before the people STOPPED COMING. SMH. Thisis another Wendy?s I?ll never stopped there again. So Sad.

Want to recognize Elizabeth, a young lady working the drive through. They were very busy and understaffed tonight. Yet, she was smiling and had a pleasant demeanor. Great job! The wait in the drive through was longer than expected and I may have left amuch lower rating if it weren?t for Elizabeth?s cherry attitude!
