Mcdonald's - Pasadena

The one close the center street and on spencer , in pasadena deer park everytime I go there they always messing my order up

They always change the menu early, and close the lobby early. The management here is horrible.

I started my new job 2min away I went inside cause the line out side was long during lunch. They told me I can't eat inside. I wasn't dirty and it wasn't my skin color maybe it's covid but I'm not eating their if I'm unable to eat inside. Maybe next year I'll try again Edited for 3 updates Another time they charged me 10 cents for tea thr lady Said if I come inside and ask for a coke and serve my self a tea I won't be charged Another few months later came back I asked them for 1 drink they didn't know what I was talking about mc donalds never had that option. Another few months Feb 13 2024 they immediately told me to pull Forwarded they Saud they are making my food. Got to work found out they for got my Lettuce onion mustard and bacon. I ordered and 2b which is quarter pounder meal with bacon. Terrible service every 4 months

Ordered through the mobile app when I arrived the young lady informed that the frappé machine was being cleaned. I really did want a frappe but I could tell that she felt bad so I took an offer on a coffee wither caramel drizzle.. OMG one of the best coffees I’ve had from McDonald’s! She had amazing customer service and really made me feel like she wanted to help ! I wish I asked her name to make sure she gets credit bc she did amazing !!!!!

I was spoke to very rudely by Manager Jamie she refused to help me and basically tried to kick me out the store very unprofessional and sadly to say a racist I will be calling corporate in the morning #Store 6555 7/29 Sunday around 2:40pm When I did present another staff with my door dash order the staff agreed to make it right away. The manager then stepped in rudely “we don’t have that order in an aggressive way” When I stated I need to call doordash support because my time and commitment to grab order she then said we don’t have the order not making the Order and I can leave and or go now once again in a rude and abrupt manner. I have anxiety and high blood pressure and due to health concerns I ended my dash to go home to recover from this incident on today I cried because I don’t understand but I definitely feel that I was racially profiled and not helped because of my skin color
