Sacao - PARMA

Came here twice a few years ago because of the warmth of the owners, who I seem to remember were a cute married couple, but it's lost the magic a bit since then. Now it's a basic coffee shop with really good coffee, but lacking that same spark that made it special. Good for a quick cup of quality coffee before getting on with your day.

Loved the food (so much that we came two days in a row . The gentleman that works there is amazing, very friendly and so nice, however the lady who works there as well is peculiar, to say the least. We sat down, waited for 10 minutes for her to bring us the menu. Once she did that, we said that we already know what we want since we were there yesterday. She told us there is a line to order. We were the only new table there, so what line? We asked if we can order drinks at least since it's 35° out, she said no. She seemed like she had a nervous breakdown and was hissing and puffing while placing our food and drinks in front of us. If there was a huge crowd, I'd totally understand it but there were literally 3 full tables in the entire place. She should look up to her colleague for some customer service improvements :

Very tasty eating and friendly wine. Unfortunately, it's on a loud road when they sit outside. no bathroom so prepared :

Appositamente cercato un buon brunch: scoperta folle! piccola camera con 4/5 tavoli all'esterno, ampia scelta di piatti per un brunch fresco e veloce. prodotti di ottima qualità e qualità del valore ottimo prezzo.
