Starbucks In V

Had 2 gentlemen having an inappropriate conversation about divorce and spousel conflict very loudly that entire lobby could hear. One gentlemen just laying into the other gentlemen who is now with his ex-wife and just made me very uncomfortable as I was trying to work on computer for my company. I had to leave your store to find another store as I felt one of gentlemen being very loud and having an inappropriate conversation for everyone to hear. Felt horrible for the other gentlemen who is now with this guys ex-wife and kid. He hardly said anything thing. I did call the store to let them know in case others may need to leave also or feel uncomfortable

Clean store. Great customer service. Awesome drinks. There are plenty of seats.

This location SUCKS! And what is the point of the mobile app if you still have to wait for 15mins!!!

Employees are always super nice. Very sad that the point system has changed for Starbucks I only go there for hot chocolate but I like to use points and get Bakery goods and now they've changed their point system that they want you to come in more I'm thinking I won't be renewing my app.
