Contribuiți la feedbackI ordered a spicy Cajun chicken base today, and I am also impressed by this Firehouse sub. They made my food fresh and everything tasted amazing. The bread was not soggy and the meat was hot and everything tasted great! And to surpass everything from the General Manager, Matt was so nice to me and treated his workers with the highest care and respect it was really great to see. This will be my new way to Firehouse Subs location without a doubt! Get up!
Never had a bad sandwich here. Far better than subway. Bread is fresh and crisp. Tons of meat and a huge library of drinks to choose from. It takes longer to get your order as a subway, but worth every second.
The worst firehouse ever ends. They all looked like they hated their lives. The energy you came in was just as bad as the smell. I ordered a steak and got a bratbeef that was warm. I threw it away after a bite because I'm pretty sure it would have been food poisoning if I ate it. I'll never go back to this place and I doubt I'm going out my way to find another one. The sun chips were good.
Terrible service. 4 young teenagers work around while people are waiting for food there. One of the children's families was in there while they got free stuff. It must be a manager for adults to keep these children under control. I won't go back until I'm 2 sandwiches long.
A bit crowded when we walked in so we expected a little wait. -After- we ordered and paid, the cashier told us it would be about a 15 minute wait for our food. 25 minutes later, we were called up and told only one of us was getting food because they were out of chili (all I ordered for myself so they had made me wait nearly half an hour to tell me the food I ordered and paid for was not available). ?Would you like potato soup instead?? ?No, just refund the price of the chili.? ?Uhhhhh?.? So we said forget it and I watched my friend eat his sandwich then I got a deli sandwich at a place nearby. I?m not a big fan of the food the Firehouse chain serves, anyway, so this sealed the deal on never planning to eat there again.
