Restaurant Auberge de Lacastille

Really poor Took 45 minutes for our lunch order to arrive with no explanation.

L'accueil chaleureux et délicat de la serveuse est en lui-même une mise en bouche, les plats sont délicieux réalisées avec des produits frais et locaux, et c'est bien agréable, ici pas de surgelés des produits travaillés "maison" au rythme des saisons, je recommande le carpaccio de pieds de porc qui est délicieux et original , le veau aux cèpes, et le carpaccio de saumon et son huître gratinée. Quant à l'île flottante, que dire si ce n'est que je n'ai qu'un seul regret, avoir été trop raisonnable pour en commander une seconde, c'est le dessert de ma grand-mère réalisé avec des œufs frais, du caramel maison, rien à voir avec ce que certains osent servir directement versé de la brique de 2 litres. Donc très bonne adresse et excellent accueil.

This is a beautiful restaurant in parisot, between caylus and villefranche. it was extended this year to enjoy a beautiful terrace where they can enjoy their meal with views of the fields. the owner is, I understand, a fine, feeding cook. we had the Fois...Gras followed by a smoked lamb. it was an event that served individual portions with glass lids above them. they were sunk with a flour at the table and the smell of campfires our nases. we understand that the slum was smoked in heu. it was great and very unusual for us. this restaurant is a big sound and people should try it!
